El Dorado: Question about Administration

I installed the program without difficulty on my linux based server. It runs fine. I started it and created an account called "jimp". Now it appears maybe I am an administrator. Am I? How are administrative priveleges assigned? If another user comes along and creates an account, is he an admin too? Can I control this? Sorry if this seems like it should be obvious but I am lost on this super important issue. I'm willing to read documentation if you can point me in the right direction.
